Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)
Every order undergoes a rigorous 3-stage manual inspection for grain consistency and stitch tension before dispatch. We ensure zero defects.
100% Authenticity
We use only genuine full-grain leather. If any product is proven to be synthetic, we provide a 100% refund of the purchase price.
7-Day Return Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the leather must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging it arrived in.
Please note: As leather is a natural material, slight variations in grain or scars are marks of 100% authenticity and are not considered defects.
The Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa within 5 to 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
Customized laser engravings, bulk corporate orders, and bespoke tailored pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
